Informal, reflective service based on Celtic liturgy, followed by tea/coffee.
27 Jan @ 10am
Children and families all join together for the first part of our all-age worship at 10am. Parents/carers can then take under 3s to the coffee lounge where our creche includes some short stories from the bible, whilst children aged 3 and over are meeting in the Queen Margaret Hall for an interactive time of learning through stories, crafts, activities and more. Everyone is then invited to come back into church for the end of the service, where we share a little of what we've been learning. Coffee, juice and biscuits are available after the service.

Our lively worship service for people of all ages. Activities for pre-school and primary school children - Sundays@10 - get underway part way through the service in the Queen Margaret Hall, and a crèche is available in the coffee lounge from around 10.15am.

Many churches have found that meeting informally during the week in people’s homes has been invaluable for both the growth and health of their church. They are often called housegroups, homegroups or cell groups. The discipleship team is launching homegroups in February 2014. In the context of QPC/Dalmeny, they would have the purpose of meeting our Church vision by:- GROWING CLOSER to each other in fellowship and in caring, GROWING DEEPER in our faith, in experience and understanding, GROWING WIDER, as we seek to include others who do not come to church.
We aim to have groups meeting on the second and fourth Wednesdays and Thursdays of each month (outside school holidays), where there will be a time for fellowship, prayer and, possibly using DVDs, an opportunity to discuss items which will help us grow in our Christian faith. The homegroups will start on the 12th and 13th February. For further details and information on locations, please contact Ian Forsyth, Bob Gemmell or Paula Cameron. Alternatively email email@example.com or phone the church office.
